Hello everyone, to those who follow me or are new to my blog; I hope your weekend is going well despite the changeable winter weather in the UK.
I can’t hesitate enough how important rest is to your health in so many aspects. My body has been feeling this way particularly today.
Don’t push yourself to do too much if you physically or mentally feel. Learn to stop.
Take some time out of your day; even before you go to bed to just not think about anything.
Close your eyes and lie down on your bed or sofa to relax yourself, imagining yourself in a scenery which is like a calm, soothing relaxation haven.
Rest and take care of yourselves all of you. Make that a part of your day, week, month and year of 2018.
